How to ROOT the Nexus 10 on Windows

I just finished unlocking the bootloader and rooting my Nexus 10. I have to say it was one of the easiest root jobs I have done. Once you have the Google USB drivers and Fastboot installed on Windows, it just takes a few simple commands to unlock the bootloader. Rooting is just as simple once you have flashed either CWM or TWRP recovery. Here is a pretty good article on the process:
