Google 1 - Apple 0: " We don't need no stinking application!!"

Google has improved their Voice web app to give a polished application feel... almost! The mobile Voice website has made some changes to optimize it's use on both the iPhone and the Palm's WebOS. However, it still lacks that feel of an on-device application. But I do have to say, it is not bad for a web application.
Google Voice is still in an invite only beta, with general availability still unannounced. If you would like to try and get in on the beta, you can sign up for an invite from Google over on their request page.
